We're looking for a digital producer to help us bring our innovative projects to life. As a digital producer, you will manage and oversee the entire production process from start to finish. This will involve coordinating with our clients and working closely with our design and development teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will drive your projects, pushing teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

 

In addition to your project management skills, we're looking for someone excited about exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll need to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a sense of fun and adventure.

The function:

 

• You manage projects from A to Z (briefing, debriefing, budgets, planning, team coordination, feedback, etc.).

• You are the point of contact for our customers for (digital) projects.

• You help advise and convince our customers together with the creative team (user experience, technical, planning).

• You work with an account manager but also with experience designers, animators, graphic designers, technical artists, developers, etc.

• You help to guarantee the quality of our content and projects; with your own eye and insight, together with our creative team.

• You are responsible for the timely completion of projects within the established budget.

• You take care of the project administration.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a digital, creative or communication agency project manager.

• You are results-oriented and can multitask well.

• You have a hands-on mentality and can handle stress and hectic well.

• You have excellent communication skills.

• You are both a team player and an autonomous worker.

• You are good at dealing with customers, communicate clearly and create a good feeling in the project.

• You are passionate about communication, content, new media and innovation.

• You think along with the content and don't shy away from 'complicated'.

Wonderment by Design is based in Amsterdam; working remote is possible. However, you would have to be able to come to the office one or two times a week if required. The position is for 40hrs a week, and the salary is based on experience.
