At Wonderment by Design, we're seeking a 3D Generalist to join our diverse team. As a 3D Generalist, you'll be involved in a wide range of projects, from creating stunning 8K animations to developing optimized mobile web-run animations. Your expertise and creativity will be crucial in bringing our client's visions to life.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our experienced designers, developers, and technical artists. Your technical proficiency and eye for detail will ensure the highest quality of our content and projects. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, for the world's most exciting clients, in a dynamic and rapidly evolving field, constantly expanding your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

​

• Utilize your 3D generalist skills to contribute to projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare artwork for Unity 3D and glTF, ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop immersive storytelling experiences.

• Create visually stunning animations, both in full 8K resolution and optimized for mobile platforms.

• Render animations using Redshift for high-quality results.

• Help Composite artwork using After Effects or DaVinci Resolve to achieve desired visual effects.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for animation and immersive storytelling.

• Proficiency in Maya and Cinema4D.

• Experience rendering animations with Redshift.

• Experience preparing artwork for Unity 3D and glTF.

• Knowledge of compositing in After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is highly desirable.

• Ability to work on diverse projects, ranging from high-resolution animations to mobile web-run animations.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.

Wonderment is located in Amsterdam, and remote work is possible. However, weekly or bi-weekly office visits will be required. The position is for 40 hours per week, and the salary will be based on your experience and qualifications using the BNO Guidelines.
